things deteriorate over time...same as skills...havent run at all or did any pullups during the dec holidays...so really bad now...ouch like my 2.4 timing really cannot take it liao...must keep training already...then my pull ups are like with a record of 20 last year? then this morning i tried...sigh...only 18 and thats really the limit, all the strength had been drained off already...sigh but start training again...
well our new vs principal was talking to us first thing this morning...about our results, and that our psle results have nothing to do with what we will be scoring in the O levels...what matters is hard work.
so i hereby have four cnew year resolutions and wishes... 1) Must start studying hard and stop slacking 2) Must cut down a great deal of my computer playing time 3) Must do well for my future tests and exams 4) **** * **** ****** *** ********** ***
